Shipping Policy
NONOPU ships to the United States only for now. All orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouse in China.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.
Duties & taxes
Prices shown are what you pay at checkout. For standard orders to the US, we cover import duties (delivered duty paid), so you should not be asked for extra charges on delivery. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. This policy may change if US import rules change; any change will be posted here before it applies.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show updates.
Address issues & lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, or tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days, email support@nonopu.com and we’ll help.
