We want you to love the fit. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

Email support@nonopu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back.

Change of mind or size

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Contact us first for return instructions; returns sent without approval can’t be processed.
  • The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fee.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved (or your photo claim is confirmed), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Non-returnable

Final-sale items marked as such, and items that are worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
