Where do you ship?
United States only for now. Orders ship directly from our partner warehouse in China.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2–4 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days ($5.99, free over $75); express takes 5–8 business days ($14.99). See Shipping.
Will I pay duties or customs fees?
For standard US orders, we cover import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
How do the clothes fit?
Most styles are intentionally oversized or relaxed. Check the fit tag and measurements on each product, and our Size Guide.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Wrong or defective items are replaced or refunded with a photo, no return needed. For size or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. To exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order. See Returns.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after approval, to your original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and other methods (such as PayPal) as shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed.
